My life was characterised by illness and pain for a long time. But it was precisely these experiences that taught me how valuable health, contentment and inner strength are. They have ignited a passion in me that I share with you today as a therapist, teacher and coach.
However, the responsibility for your path lies with you - I will show you how to do it, but you have to take the first step yourself.

As a physiotherapist and yoga teacher, I combine the best approaches from Western and Eastern teachings to harmonise your body and mind. My aim is to help you maintain or regain your health - with a holistic and sustainable approach.
Strong - strength for body and mind
As a fitness trainer, martial artist and acrobat, I will show you how to strengthen your body and mind through bodyweight-orientated training. Whether you're just starting out or already have experience - together we'll take you to the next level.
